INTERVIEW: Eesah @ Kingston, Jamaica – February 2016

Eesah might not sound very familiar to your ears but, if you’ve been receptive the past years to music coming from J.O.E camp, EDB Entertainment or Zincfence Records, you have to know Jahkime. Same person, different monikers, a gifted youth with a bright future ahead musically-wise.

With three EPs out already, “Cannabis” (2013), “Believe In Love” (2014), and the brand new “Lords of the Land” (2016) with Silkki Wonda, Eesah seems more ready than ever to break internationally. His feature on Chronixx“Roots & Chalice” mixtape with the recent video is undoubtedly one big step in that direction.

A deluxe edition of “Believe In Love” EP, a roots mixtape and plenty visuals are some of the stuff that Eesah is preparing for his fans this year. He talks about all this and much more in our latest #ReggaelizinInterview we did in Kingston, at Vinyl Thursdays HQ, located Cross Roads (Veggie Meals on Wheels), where you can often see him behind the mic.
